Our flour is milled locally at a Northern-Utah flour mill in Box Elder County.

We make our Signature Pizza Sauce from scratch, using vine-ripened tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese and our own custom spice blend.

We use 100% real Mozzarella cheese without any added cellulose or modified food starch. PLUS, we shred it fresh in our stores every day.

Our produce is purchased from the nation’s leading suppliers, and sliced fresh as needed throughout the day.

Our meats are purchased from companies that focus on quality and consistency. They don’t adjust their recipes and formulas according to the current price of commodities.
